An Asset is anything that produces a current, future and potential economic benefits for an individual or an entity (organisation). The Asset module keeps track of all existing asset.

The asset module allows you to create asset categories.

It also allows you to create all assets taken into consideration the depreciation count, salvage value and the life span.

The various asset accounts can be created in the chart of account.
