They are 2 types of sales; Anonymous sales and customer sales. Anonymous sales are sales to walk-in customers. This type of customers don't require their profiles being created. The second type is customer sales, in which case, you create the customer's profile. The former is recommended in shops when you don't necesarily need to keep records of your customers while the latter is recommended espcially in wholesale settings, where credit sales is allowed or when you need to keep a customer list.

This session will teach you how to sell to anonymous customers. Anonymous customers refer to those customers who are not regular. For such customers you may not need to register them on swift.ng as your customers, therefore you can use the 'Sell' sub-module to sell your products to them.

This page manages all customer-related information . You can create a new customer, edit details of existing customers, create and manage customer categories and groups. You will also be able to send a message (email or sms) to individual customers or a category of customers, create and manage, view customer invoices, enter customer payments, products return, cash refund, orders, view customer invoices, and print customer list. The call memo features enables you to enter summaries of communication with customers and set appointments.

This page enables you create a new Customer. All you need to do is fill the form and click the Create button at the bottom of the page and swift cloud ERP will redirect you back to the List of customers.

Navigation: CRM - Customers - Edit Customer

This page enables you make changes to an existing Customer's profile. All you need to do is type in the changes in the the form and click the Save button at the bottom of the page and swift cloud ERP will redirect you back to the List of customers.
