The payroll feature is related to the Human Resources Management module of swift cloud ERP. It enables your accounting team create various salary scales (a combination of basic salary, deductions and benefits that make up salaries of different categories of staff) based on your salary structure, assign staff to their respective grade levels and compute their salaries at a click monthly.

This page functions as a means to reward staff members for great performance or serve as a deterrant to work related misconduct through the means of deductions. Deductions can come about as a result of many reasons which could include missing items, lateness to work, incompete tasks within requested period of time e.t.c.

Also rewards can also be as a result of sales commission, monthly allowances etc.

This page allows you to view/print payroll reports which includes annual reports and individual staff view.

The annual reports comprises of spreadsheets, deductions and benefits, and the individual view comprises of same parameters as that of the annual reports. 

To print out your spreadsheet, click on it and it loads for you to print

Payroll Admin user enables user access to all sub-module on payroll module 

Payroll User can only use what the payroll admin has already setup on the payroll module 

Pay Salaries: this is the point where salaries can be paid after it has been processed.  You select the month and the year and then click on continue to staff list. You can also untick staff a staff name from the right hand box if you dont want to pay that particular staff. Percentages can also be reduced from this page in cases where the company does not have enough money to pay complete salaries, the system automatically calculates the percentage you input and pay. 
 When next you want to pay the balance, the system automatically picks the remaining percentage for that month and proceeds with payment.
