Pay Salaries: this is the point where salaries can be paid after it has been processed.  You select the month and the year and then click on continue to staff list. You can also untick staff a staff name from the right hand box if you dont want to pay that particular staff. Percentages can also be reduced from this page in cases where the company does not have enough money to pay complete salaries, the system automatically calculates the percentage you input and pay. 
 When next you want to pay the balance, the system automatically picks the remaining percentage for that month and proceeds with payment.
