Navigation: CRM - Leads - Create New Lead

This page enables you create a new Lead. All you need to do is fill the form and click the Create button at the bottom of the page and swift cloud ERP will redirect you back to the List of Leads.

Details of the new leads form fields include; the lead's name, contact address, phone number, email address, lead category (created in the CRM - Customers - Categories), name of staff that enrolled lead, mode of acquisition and which steps in your leads funnel you wish to use to qualify this lead (lead steps are created in CRM - Leads - Lead Step Setup).
