This page enables you create Leads acquisition steps also known as a sales funnel; a set of steps all prospective clients pass through for a sale to be closed. You are expected to create them here, then when creating a new lead, you can choose which of the steps to place the lead. You can also change the step as you make progress with the lead. It may serve as a tool for qualifying your leads with a view of enabling you know which step in the sales process your leads are.

Swift Cloud ERP already comes preloaded with 4 steps named step1 through step 4 to serve as a guide. You can rename them to make them more meaningful, additionally, you can delete them entirely and create yours. 

User Actions

Create New: Click to add a new Lead Step

Back to Leads: To take you back to the list of Leads

Edit: Click to make changes to a lead step.

Delete: This removes entirely, the specific leads step you are deleting. Please note that cannot delete a step that is already assigned to a lead. Instead of deleting, use the disable link intead

Disable: Clicking this link prevents you from using the specific lead step inwhich you clicked. It will remove it from the list of steps in the Leads page (CRM- Leads). You can enable it back when ever you want.

Enable: This shows only for leads steps that had earlier been disabled. Clicking this link enables it, so it can be viewed in the list of steps in the Leads page (CRM- Leads). You can disable it when ever you want.
