Navigation: CRM - Customers (search for specific customer and click customer's name)

A Customer's profile shows all records and activities of a customer and are grouped into the following; customer details, links and activities.

Customer Details: show all information of a customer as well as their balance. When the balance is coloured red, the customer is owing also known as debit balance in Accounting terms, when it is green, the company is owing the customer (credit balance). The colour is usually black when it is a zero balance.

1. Edit; used to make changes to a customers details.

2. Back to Customers; takes you back to the list of customers

3. Convert to leads; enables you change a lead wrongly created as a customer back as a lead. This removes the record and activities from customers and add them to leads.

4. Ledger; this displays the customer's ledger, a report of all transactions of a customer a customer and the balance.

Customer Activities; invoices, payments, rebates, returns, refunds, referal program details, documents, job orders, call memos and email/sms campaign.
