This module of swift cloud ERP is designed specifically for law firms or the legal department of your organization. It enables you manage your clients, their cases, updates to cases and facilitates collaboration and record sharing between you and your team.

You can create your clients, create and send them invoices, create and manage cases, upload case documents, assign cases to team member, record and track the progress of cases, view case time table/appointments, etc.

This in combination with other modules of swift cloud ERP will help you run your law firm smartly with assigned team members having access to case records on the go, keep tabs of on-going cases by other team members and work hassle free.

 

To create a new case, click on case management, click on create new and enter all the required fields needed.

Case Types: case types needs to be created before you can create a new case. Examples of case types includes:  Marital Dispute, Land Dispute, Fraud, Thefts etc  

To create a new case type, click on case type and then create new.

Case Progress Tracking: this enables you the progress of a particular case, you can search for a case by typing the case title on the search bar and search to view progress.

Case Appointments: the next hearing of a case or when the case is scheduled for is viewed from this sub heading 

Case Reports; A case report can also be printed out. This can be done by typing the clients name one the search bar and then you search.
