The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module helps you manage all engagements with leads, customer and vendors through marketing campaigns, support tickets, SMS and email. You can also manage all transactions with them such as raising electronic invoices, orders, making payments, etc.

Leads: You can create profiles of leads or prospective customers using this module. Additionally you can also create a leads funnel - steps that make up your sales process. This enables your sales team move leads down the sales funnel in order for you to know which step all leads are.

Customers: You can create profiles of customers, create customer categories and groups, manage invoices, send SMS and emails, enter payments, issue receipts, rebates, discounts, refunds, product returns, enter call memo details, etc.

Vendors/Suppliers: You can create their profiles, categories and groups, manage purchase orders, send SMS and emails, enter payments, refunds, product returns, etc.

Marketing campaigns: These are content (text, images and YouTube video links) that can be created and sent to customers periodically via SMS and email. They may contain marketing materials or information to keep customers engaged. You can create single campaigns or add different campaigns to a group. Campaigns are usually added to a customer or a category of customers and will be delivered based on the date of each campaign.

Support Tickets: If your business provides services to customers, this is an ideal module for you. Firstly, It enables you create support tickets to record customer queries, secondly, you can update the status of a ticket, thirdly, the system can provide updates to the customer, and lastly, you can add team members and superiors to a watchlist for supervision. This enables relevant team members receive notifications for changes to ticket status.

Call Memo : this sub- module allows you to check every call that has been made to a customer or lead and entered by staff. You can search the call memos using the search bar for a specific date you are looking out for.

Customers Grouping: these allows you to group customers into days or weeks for easy accessibility when you want to send messages or call.
