Navigation: CRM - Leads

You can create profiles of leads or prospective customers using this module. Additionally you can also create a leads funnel or lead steps - steps that make up your sales process. This enables your sales team move leads down the sales funnel in order for you to know which step all leads are.

This page shows you a list of all your leads. Find below the various sections and actions you can carry out here;

Create New Lead; this enables you create a new lead.

Leads Step Setup; click this link to manage your sales funnel or steps that make up your sales process. Please note that swift cloud ERP comes preloaded with 4 steps (steps 1 throught 4) which you are expected to edit to reflect your company's leads steps or sales funnel.

Search; there are two ways of finding your leads here, the first is by clicking any of the lead steps listed above the search box. The second way is to type in your keywords such as lead's name, phone number, email, staff's name (staff that enrolled the lead) and clicking the search button.

Leads; If you have created Leads, all of them will be listed and grouped according to the lead steps available and are usually sorted by date enrolled in descending order.

Lead Actions:

You can carry out actions for a particular lead by clicking various action buttons and placing your cursor on that lead's menu. Find below some lead-specific actions;

1. Change Step; this enables you move this lead from one lead step to another.

2. Delete; this action removes the lead from this page

3. Edit; used to make changes to leads information such as name, contact details, etc.

4. Send SMS or Email; used to send an SMS or email to this lead. You will be expected to type in the message and click the send message button. Please note that you need to fill the subject field of it's an email, ignore if it's an SMS.

5. New Sale Date; this enables you start the process of invoicing this lead. Upon clicking this link, the next page that opens will be a page to put in the reference number for this order, the date and the due date of this invoice and subsequently you will move to the products list page where you add your products and services to the invoice. More about this in the invoice module.

6. New Sale; this enables you start the process of invoicing this lead. Upon clicking this link, the next page that opens is the products list page where you add your products and services to the invoice and complete the order.

6. Notification summary; just below the above actions are a few notification for this lead. There are; number of phone call, emails, messages, direct physical visit, last time the lead was contacted and the last transaction carried out.
