This sub module shows all unfinished transactions. it automatically saves all unfinished sales ( when selling to a customer for one reason or the other you want to sell to another customer, that transaction will save automatically when you click on sell or customer) 

 

Held items are items or invoices placed on hold. It means you can attend to other customers and come back to complete or delete if the items are no longer needed.

To navigate to Held Items, you go to Inventory, then click on Held Items and then the reference number of the transaction which you were carrying out to continue the process. 

Inventory + Held Items + Reference number
