The payroll feature is related to the Human Resources Management module of swift cloud ERP. It enables your accounting team create various salary scales (a combination of basic salary, deductions and benefits that make up salaries of different categories of staff) based on your salary structure, assign staff to their respective grade levels and compute their salaries at a click monthly.

You may wish to use different payroll templates like the FIRS calculator in Nigeria that come pre-installed in swift cloud ERP. You can create yours also based on your organization's payroll system. It's easy and straightforward.

Deductions and Benefits are also properly handled by swift cloud ERP. You can create categories and in some cases beneficiaries of deductions and benefits, enter monthly deductions per staff, amortize or spread payments over multiple months and generate reports for each category or beneficiary.

Additionally, swift cloud ERP helps you process staff's PAYE, PENCOM, NHIS, NHF, etc. Staff get a payslip that can be printed or mailed to them automatically plus reports of all payments.

Lastly, you can achieve commission-based payroll by connecting the staff key performance indicators (KPIs) to the payroll. These enables the payroll calculator use the results of  target versus achieved to determine staff's net payment.
