The reservation module of swift.ng cloud ERP is created specifically for hotels and guest houses. It enables you manage all departments of your hotel seamlessly. It is made up of 2 components; on-site and off-site reservation.

On-site reservation requires your staff use the software within your hotel for key operations such as checking in/out guests, POS for restaurant, swimming pool, gym, bar billing, and other services; accounting, inventory control, HR management, payroll, etc.

Off-site reservation involves using all the on-site components in addition to setting up a website where guests can access your services, make reservations real-time and make payment directly into the hotel's account while your staff use the on-site component to attend to them during check-in.

Setting up reservation starts with creating room categories, entering weekdays and weekend rates, then creating guests, checking them in/out, carrying out room change, reservation cancellation, receiving payments, making refunds when necessary as well as issuing reservation confirmation letters, invoices and receipts. Other reports include; guests list and guests security reports.

To keep your guests happy and returning, you can enable custom-created SMS messages that automatically welcomes guests when they check-in and bids them farewell when they check-out.

Reservation module allows you to setup late checkout for guest who exceed the 12noon checkout time or guest that wishes to extend their stay by few hours.

It also allows you to setup discount in amount and in percentages depending on the one that suites you( Hotels/ Guest houses).
