The Human Resources management module of swift cloud ERP is a comprehensive team management software. It is made up of 3 keys components;  managing staff's records in electronic form, performance enhancement/productivity features and a self-service portal.

Electronic Record management. With our HRM you don't need to keep paper-based records of your staff. It enables you enter staff's personal, contact, next of kin, official, academic, work experience, previous roles, projects, tasks, referee records, etc. Additionally, you can scan and upload existing documents of staff.

Performance/Productivity features; these are features staff use to carry out their daily work chores; imail is used for chatting and exchanging memos between staff, tasks; to enable staff create and assign tasks as well as update, track and compare tasks assigned versus tasks completed, CRM for engaging customers, a ticketing system to solve clients queries, a visitor's module for keeping track of visitors, an appointment module for scheduling and managing appointments and a project management module for planning and monitoring projects.

Self Service portsl; enables staff access different services within your organisation. Staff can for instance logon to the software and view their pay slips, tasks assigned to them by superiors, make request for cash, inventory items, leave, etc. Head of departments can logon to do approval and respond to various requests. Other operations staff can perform the following; logging in to update targets achieved, enter team meeting records, carry out, create invoices, work orders for customers and vendors, performance appraisal, etc. Human resources management allows you to set or upload your SOPs, share news letters/ notices to staff, you can generate HR reports. HR settings allows you to categorize your staff into departments, designations, categories, it allows you to automate letters like employment letter, termination letter and promotion letters. It allows you to setup KPIs, send messages, excel upload, setup leave types, grading, NHIS, pension providers, appraisal metrics. It allows you to setup cash requisition steps, stock request steps, requisition retirement steps etc.
