The Inventory module is a very robust module that helps you create and manage your products/services. It supports creating multiple storage locations like branch offices and warehouses, as such, you can transfer stock between branches offices and warehouses. You can also make sales, purchases, stock adjustment, stock return and view more than 20 reports of stock levels, stock movement, stock outflow, inflow and other reports. Inventory module allows you to set up your case count/ wholesale start quantities. It also allows you to download various excel templates ranging from product upload, starting balance excel, product attribute excel, price update excel, product linking between the head office and the branch excel

The production Module of swift cloud ERP is used by factories to monitor production inventory of both raw materials and finished products.

The inventory dashboard allows you to view at a glance a statistical representation of products unit, stock level, Top customers of the month and year, top debtors e.t.c. using charts and graphs.

Every business has the product it sells or services it renders. The inventory module gives you the ability to keep record of your stock, monitor the stock level, stock movement, expiry dates, reorder levels, etc.

This session will teach you how to sell to anonymous customers. Anonymous customers refer to those customers who are not regular. For such customers you may not need to register them on swift.ng as your customers, therefore you can use the 'Sell' sub-module to sell your products to them.

This sub module shows all unfinished transactions. it automatically saves all unfinished sales ( when selling to a customer for one reason or the other you want to sell to another customer, that transaction will save automatically when you click on sell or customer) 

This action allows you to transfer products from one branch to another. This is possible only when your products are linked accross branches.

The Invoices sub-module allows you to view all your customer invoices as well as carry out payments or supplies on already created invoice.

This sub-module allows you to view all purchase transactions carried out. An icon that is color coded where ‘red’ means ‘undone’ and ‘green’ means ‘done’ to the right indicates the state of the purchase  if it’s been supplied only, posted only, supplied and posted or not supplied nor posted.  

This sub-module allows you to determine the properties of products in the inventory such as VAT, Withholding Tax, Expiry Date and  the contents of generated Purchase Invoice which includes Invoice header, Invoice Footer, Payment Conditions, and Invoice Paper size.

This page allows you to automatically generate and print all inventory related reports which includes Sales, Purchases, Customer/Supplier Refunds, Starting Stock, Updated Stock Reports e.t.c.

This sub-module show all unfinished transactions. It also saves automatically unfinished purchases when buying from a vendor.

The Inventory Admin has access to sub-modules on the inventory module. 

Inventory User: an inventory User can view and sell products and services, but can't make any modification on products and inventory settings. 

Inventory user has access to sub-modules on Inventory module except the Inventory settings
